Semi-Private Session**: Train with a partner. You move through a series of exercises and full body movements that emphasize your core musculature, including stomach, back, buttocks, arms and legs. All movements promote strength, stability and improved posture, and increase overall range of motion. * 1 session       $45.00 per person/per session 5 sessions     $205.00 ($41 per person/per session) 10 sessions   $385.00 ($38.50 per person/per session) 20 sessions   $700.00 ($35.00 per person/per session) **You are responsible for finding and scheduling your partner, but if you leave your name at the desk, we will try to help find you a partner. Get to the Core

Prepare for equipment classes or introduce yourself to Pilates by learning Classical Pilates Mat exercises and the fundamental exercises on the Reformer, Tower and Chair in small group classes. Designed for beginners, this initial group of sessions is important in setting the basic foundation for mat and Equipment classes at Pilates Central.

Session meet at verious times during the week. You will finish with a solid foundation and confidence to enter other Pilates Central classes, armed with the tools for a successful workout!  Pilates Central staff will let you know when you are ready to move into class.

Mat Classes: (up to 8 participants) A Pilates mat class, which uses your own body weight for resistance. These classes assist in improving core strength and overall strength, flexibility. There are three different levels of mat work to fit your needs: Beginner:  Learn the basics and concentrate on the specialized techniques of the Pilates Method; breathing, centering, control, concentration, precision and flow.  Intermediate: Add to the basics you have learned, improve your technique and put them into a flowing workout. 12 Month Unlimited Contract only $120.00: Sign up for a 12 month Unlimited Membership contract to Pilates Central and take as many classes (both equipment and mat) per month as you want for only $120 per month. This commitment will automatically renew each month through the term of the contract through electronic funds transfer. Your credit card will be charged each month on the day you purchased your package.

Month to Month Unlimited Contract only $160: This package is purchased month to month with no extended commitment for $160. Your credit card will be charged each month but you can cancel any time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Because you are receiving such a great deal with your unlimited packages some regulations must apply.

• A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all classes and must be done through the on-line system. NO EXCEPTIONS The fee for late cancels and no-shows is $25.00. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
• To purchase a package, check class time and availability just click on the Sign Up for Classes tab and create an account on-line.
• A valid credit card, phone number and email address is required to book a class.
• You are required to sign a waiver that removes all liability from Pilates Central and authorizes Pilates Central to charge the credit card on file for late cancel charges and no show charges.
• Membership for the $120 monthly unlimited contracts will automatically renew each month by electronic funds transfer for the duration of the contract. Early termination does not apply to all monthly unlimited contracts. All contracts will continue to renew monthly at the current rate of $120 after the term of the contract. To cancel the membership, simply send an email to info@pilatescentral.us 1 year and 5 days prior to the original date of purchase.
• Memberships for the $160 Month to Month unlimited contract will automatically renew each month by electronic funds transfer. Early termination does not apply this contract. The Month to Month Unlimited contract will continue to renew monthly at the current rate of $160 after the term of the contract. To cancel the membership, simply send an email to info@pilatescentral.us 10 days prior o the next billing date.
